About the 7u77u7 Help Center
Issues can come up on any online gaming platform. Maybe you've suddenly forgotten your password, sent money via Mobile Pay but it's not showing in your balance, or you're not quite sure about the terms of a bonus. Situations like these can be frustrating for anyone. 7u77u7's Help Center was built to make those moments as straightforward as possible.
Why Does Bangla-Language Support Matter?
Most online platforms in Bangladesh only offer support in English, which creates a real barrier for a large portion of their users. 7u77u7Every member of our support team speaks Bengali. Whether you're reaching out from Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, or Rajshahi, you'll always get a response in Bengali.
Where to go for each type of issue
Reporting your issue through the right channel — rather than a single catch-all inbox — gets you a faster resolution. Live chat is best for general questions, since an agent can respond right away. But if you need to submit documents — such as your NID for KYC verification or a screenshot of a payment — email is the more practical option.
Withdrawal Issues
Withdrawals are our most frequently asked-about topic. 7u77u7Mobile Pay withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes to 1 hour. If yours is taking longer, start by checking your account's KYC status — a pending verification is one of the most common reasons withdrawals get held up. This is done to keep your account secure.
Bonus Misunderstandings
The most common source of confusion around bonuses is the wagering requirement. Simply put, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the wager requirement is 10x, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds. It may sound like a lot, but if you play regularly it adds up faster than you'd think. For full bonus terms and conditions 7u77u7Visit the bonus page.
Security & Two-Factor Authentication
To keep your account secure 7u77u7 We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Once active, you'll receive an OTP on your phone at login, meaning even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to access your account. You can set it up in just 2 minutes from the Settings page.
